better physical health and sleep A digital detox helps eliminate distractions, allowing you to focus on one thing at a time and be more productive in your work and personal life. It has some rules for people taking part, so they can set up a daily routine and plan how to start their day.

better time management Another key part of the Project is making a schedule for finishing these tasks. This teaches participants how to manage their time better by figuring out what’s most important to do first, staying focused, and getting more done.

enhanced relationships Reduction in your addictive behaviour will lead to enhanced relationships because you will spend less time on your addicted activities and more with your friends and families. It will also better your communication skills fostering the relationships.

increased motivation and accountability Because of our schedule which requires you to get dopamine from purpose fosters motivation as a big part of our goal sustaining methods as well as accountability.

a sense of accomplishment If you take up this Project it will enlighten you with loads of Pleasure based dopamine accomplishments which will help build healthy habits.
